Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Return

As an online shopper in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.

To return a product:

1. Email us at shop@parishop.lt within 14 days, stating your order number and that you wish to return the product.

2. Follow the instructions we provide for sending the item back.

2. Conditions for Returns

For hygiene reasons, and in accordance with EU and Lithuanian law:

• Products must be unused and unworn.

• Original packaging and tags must be intact.

• Hygiene seals (if present) must not be removed or damaged.

• Products must be in a condition suitable for safe resale.

We cannot accept returns if:

• Items have been worn, washed, or damaged.

• Hygiene seals are broken.

• Items are clearly used or damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Worn underwear or swimwear with opened hygiene seals

• Gift cards

• Items clearly marked as “final sale”

4. Exchange Policy

If you want a different size or product:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Tell us the item you want to exchange for.

3. We will confirm availability and provide return instructions.

⚠️ Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the return conditions:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days.

• Refunds are made via the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

• Additional shipping costs (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

Under EU and Lithuanian law, you are entitled to:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Refund

• Price reduction (where applicable)

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products will be covered by parishop.lt.

7. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

• parishop.lt is not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking.
