1.2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and V2A UAB (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
1.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order shall apply.

2. Eligibility

2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products

4. Prices and Payment

5. Orders and Contract Formation

7.5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

7.6. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

8.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
8.2. In accordance with Lithuanian consumer law, products are covered by a statutory warranty.
8.3. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

9. Customer Responsibilities

14.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
14.3. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
